The Service is offered by JazzWorld Pakistan Limited (“JazzWorld”) in collaboration with Yonder Media Mobile Inc. (trading as Global YO), which provides the technology platform and supporting infrastructure used to provision and operate the Service.

Global YO is responsible for the operation of the RoamX platform and processes personal information required to provide the Service. JazzWorld may process limited personal information where necessary to facilitate customer support, manage the commercial relationship, comply with applicable legal obligations, and improve the customer experience.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

• Yonder Media Mobile Inc. (Global YO) is responsible for operating the RoamX platform and determining the purposes and means of processing personal information necessary to provide the Service.
• JazzWorld Pakistan Limited markets and distributes the Service in Pakistan and may process limited personal information necessary for customer support, commercial administration, compliance with applicable legal obligations and management of its customer relationship.

Where JazzWorld and Global YO independently determine the purposes for which they process personal information, each party shall act as an independent controller in respect of its own processing activities.
